1. After registering it asked for a screen name and my real name. Then my first post got posted under my real name. What a nice privacy feature. Then for what the screen name is for. So I had to change my real name to my screen name. Are you happy now?

2. It would be helpful if you add a "permalink" to individual posts. Every forum engine can do that.
