Hi 

I wondered if anyone can help me clarify the term 'emptiness in real time'. It comes up from time to time on here in relation to 3rd/4th path. Does it just refer to the ability to see the emptiness of ones experience with the same clarity off the cushion as one does when sitting?

And by emptiness does it mean simply the corelessness of phenomena? Or is it pointing to wide and empty panaromic awareness?

Thanks in advance for any clarity anyone can bring to this.
