This is it, the crap that we all have, the self-defeating behavior, the patterns and loops of negative thinking and negative acting that usually recur and repeat themselves to a certain degree chronically.
1)What are your stuff that are yours truly that really mess you up?
2)Has dharma practice or other practices/therapy or meditative progress helped with this particular thing? if so, what practices, or during what particular stage of development?
