There's a new group being setup this Autumn in London for anyone interested in learning to meditate on Light & Sound (we also welcome anyone already meditating on Light & Sound).

This will be an experiential and non-hierarchical group focusing on the practice itself and its fruition.

We'll be meeting on Saturdays in the cafe/restaurant at Friends House, Euston, London 1:00 - 3:30.
