I clench my jaw at night and have cause damaged from doing so.
I have used a mouth guard, even tried the Bio-feedback head strap and everything.
Any advice from anyone here?

I had a similar problem. I'd ground large parts of my teeth away. I found a dentist who screwed these composite ceramic fillings in to bring them back up -- the fillings have to be the same hardness as teeth or they'll grind your teeth down from the other side. What happens is that once you get the fillings, your brain notices that your teeth are in a different place and it stops you from grinding.
