I am taking Shinzen Young’s Unified Mindfulness Pathways teacher training program right now.
I’m looking for people to teach this method of meditation to as part of the course requirements.
Please let me know if you are interested in learning this method.  The method is a type of noting practice.  
So, this would entail a call or a Skype that would last 30 mins or so.  I get a new assignment each week for the next few months.  So, this might end up being on going.  But, we’ll see how it goes.  No long term commitment on your part.  :-)

Been meditating for 14 years.
6000 hrs of formal meditation.
250 days on silent meditation retreat
Traditions practiced in: Pragmatic Dharma/Mahasi style noting, Zen, Advaita Vedanta, Goenka Vipassana etc.
