Hi. I'm dark nighting hard and in dire need of advice from a veteran. If anyone is available for a video call I'll be very grateful.

I just feel that I had deep insights but do not really know what they are good for beyond relieving the suffering that they themselves caused in the first place. Dharma has brought me much more suffering than happiness. I think I'm missing something important.

Help, in the form of an actual human conversation would be much appreciated.

I've occasionally done Active Listening sessions for people over Skype. I don't charge anything, and I don't give advice. All I do is reflect back to you what I hear you saying. That may or may not be what you're looking for.
