I remember you. I believe you were following my practise thread. Thank you for responding.
I was just curious to know who on DhO was part of the tradition, particularly when questions are asked about the practise and it's effects.
All the best to you as well!

At times I have speculated that some very large portion of people on the DhO got their start or had some major jump in practice depth in the Goenka tradition, and, at other points, there seems to be relatively little traffic related to that tradition here, so I have wildly divergent personal impressions of the answer to that question.
