I have been lurking for a few weeks now and cannot believe the experience of this group.  It blows me away.   Many of you have spent decades exploring mind states and learning to describe the sublime in words.  Reading these words points the way for me.... but they are just words.  Without practice, understanding will not arise.   I'll post more info in the future.  Thank you for this group! (wow, head shaking, amazement)
