The Noble Eightfold Path is a traditional list from Theravada Buddhism, but really is a broadly applicable list of aspects of our training and spiritual endeavors that can apply to any tradition.

It is a way of subdividing the Three Trainings into eight aspects as below:

The Morality group includes:

• Right Speech
• Right Action
• Right Livelihood

The Concentration group includes:

• Right Effort
• Right Mindfulness
• Right Concentration

The Wisdom group includes:

• Right View
• Right Intention
