Hello everybody, During the meditation I saw white and yellowwhirlwind going from my belly up to the top of my head and above my head and felt a little bit of warmth. Maybe You know, what was that? Thank you very much.

If you share more of you daily practice, it might fit a pattern and be more mapable. Try sharing a few more meditation sits in this thread and those patterns may emerge for others to comment onwith more helpful advice. What do your sits  look like now and onwards?

that or it was a nimph deva coming to bless you.

Better to share more info so we avoid the second explanation.

Whirlwind, vortex, whatever: always the A&P, every single time.

Thank You for the answer! I am practising about three years rinzai zen, and having different experiences during meditation. And this time I just wanted to see how it looks, that vortex which I think I could feel more ore less almost every time I meditate... Recently I am trying come back to dayli meditations.. because some how to handle this routine it is hard. emoticon

Thank you for your answer! It is interesting! emoticon I used to put my attension to the belly breathing and not to put any efforts for trying somehow visualise the experience..thats why I asked.. it was nice “to see” something during meditation too. I am practising rinsai zen almost three years but really not daily.. I should go back to keep my practice daily. Thank you! ;)
