Thank you James. Apart from the magic info in it I wanted to hold the beautiful book with the pictures in it. And magic it is, because I have already been given a copy. I have been a T'ai Chi teacher for over 30 years and had never fully appreciated the mindfullness of movement attention until I read this book.
