In 1991, Ron Miller wrote a set of guidelines for musicians called Advanced Improv Practice Guide. In light of all the commotion and focus on the mischievous antics and occasional outrages of others, I retyped these beautiful touchstones for my personal meditiaton practice. I find them equal parts motivating and funny so I'm posting them here. Please feel free to share if you think it useful.

Cool isn't it? I banged it out on my Brother JP16 "Wordshot" daisywheel typer.
