| I just ordered this book. I think it will be a good start for my insight meditations. I'd like to start a 1 hour sitting mindfulness meditation top of my 1 hour concentration sitting. Ofcourse will start with a 15 minute day routine and titrate up to 1 hour over the coarse of a month.. Ingraim seems to like the book and thinks there is no runner dharma book even close. Any opinions or advice guys on the book.
