In this episode I am once again joined by Dr Ben Joffe, anthropologist and scholar practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism. 

Ben takes us on a deep dive into the theory, practice, and scholarship of coitus reservatus as a Tantric religious practice. 

Ben compares these practices within various Buddhist lineages, as well as exploring the similarities and differences between Shaiva Tantra, Western Occultism, and modern Neo-Tantric approaches.

This is a relevant topic, probably many of us dharma practitioners are not quite sure what relation to have with our own sexuality in a dharma context. I sometimes ask myself: what the hell should I do with it?!

Also, I find it interesting how Guru Viking podcast is deeply exploring all these exotic vajra stuff, while there is no much specific practice discussions of this kind on prag-dharma forums. (I see Ken McLeon mentioned sometimes though.)
