Hi fellow seekers,
I stopped meditating some time ago, maybe about 5-6 months due to awakening being the pretty freaky and disorienting experience which you know it is. Progress has not stopped though and is happening at its own pace. I am currently experiencing the whole world vibrating. It was waves and it sometimes happened in only parts of vision even when I wasn't observing it. Now however it has changed to the entire visual. Its moving up and down extremely fast. I have a friend which is further along on the path and he told me that the visual field will get even crazier. I am looking forward to seeing it with my own eyes but I am worried that it could impact my job performance. I am a software engineer so reading and writing code is a must but with my whole visual field flickering it sometimes becomes hard to focus.
Will it get crazy enough not to be able to read? Is there a way to temporarily shift my focus to a more worldly context so the I dont notice the flickering as much?
