I have just finished my how-to guide on "western" conceptual meditation, pieced together from a number of medieval sources and my personal experience over the last two years. Would love to know your guys opions and, if you tried it, experiences. If everything works out as I plan I will evolve this blog into a proper manual of western meditation styles. Have fun!
