Hi, 
I just finished my first 10-day Vipassana course less than a week ago and just got my period. Normally I'm not experiencing a lot but pain, but definitely there will be some, but this time I'm really surprised that I almost feel like it's not even there. Very little blood and pretty much no pain. 

Did other women also experience this and what could be the cause? Just curious
