I followed Ken Folk and Nikolai's trip through the pure land jhanas.
Afterwards I found myself buzzing with what I would call a very fine and perfectly balanced nervous system energy, with a definite feeling of rightness and restoration to correct functioning
Different to my usual concentration practice energy which can be coarse or orgasmic.
Is this very fine energy anything to do with the pure land jhanas?
