Hi, Please reply if you have any recommendations regarding short, beginner-level retreats near Chester. I am open to trying different meditation practices but think I would prefer something shorter and not too intense for my first retreat as I am very much a novice practitioner

I think Gaia house is supposed to have good retreats, but Ive never tried them myself
