Long time no-see. 

A fun resource that I've enjoyed and wanted to share is actualityofbeing.com as there are some basics on examining whatever this is in the form of a blog and some contemplations laid out. 

It's not as heavily practical-minded-Buddhist as this excellent site, but everyone resonates with different things!
