The AYP Site is probably the closest thinkto a yogaMTCB I'vebeen able to find; it's not exactly thesame, that site is more of a yoga progressive system, but it's very much practical, expecially if you can go past strange ways of saying things such as "enlightment is outpouring of divine love" and stuff like that.
