Has anyone else encountered this? Its like there is this portal of pick me up, feel good and perfect about myself energy that I can tap into just with the click of a mouse. Instant validation.

But then , by clicking "save," something is destroyed or eradicated and can't come back.

Maybe there is hope you will figure something out during the posting but then once you press save you realize your effort was misdirected. Definitely have done this before myself...

Are you struggling with your practice right now? What are you trying to do/change if anything? Do you have any sense of a genuine alternative to the type of mind-states you are experiencing?

What I am left with is a feeling that I am not sure about wanting to reply to the posts that follow. Is this good or bad, conversing thus?
