Dear All,

Well, Liferay 7, the platform currently running the website, wasn't optimal, to put it gently. The upgrade from Liferay 6 brought many more problems than it solved. After long and valiant struggle, we must admit defeat, and leave working out the bugs to those with more time and resources, meaning some version down the road at some undetermined time.

So, if all goes well, we will likely revert to Liferay 6 this weekend, depending on many factors.

If things get screwed up, lost, broken, or otherwise scrambled, please forgive us and bear with it. Things will be sorted out as soon as we are able.

Ok, downgrade performed.

I hope I have copied all relevant data (message board posts, new users etc) from the Liferay 7 install to the Liferay 6 install.

Please let me know here about any issue that seem to have resulted from the downgrade to Liferay 6.
