I thought I'd share this article I wrote - as someone who had the drive to meditate, yet never got past a few weeks, delving into behavioral science got me to a well establish practice. I feel this stage is rarely seriously discussed, despite consistency being a key factor in advancement.

Thanks for the link to your article. I very much enjoyed it. I use gamification in a lot of aspect in my life.
