Hi everyone,

My name is Mike. My birth name is Mukul but I got myself a new name when I went to live in the US for 14 years or so, and made it my home even though I had to leave. So, it's not a pseudonym, but a new name. 

I found Daniel Ingram's book and am thankful that there's a community where I can freely talk about questions related to meditation/attainments/related things and people seem kind.

I won't write much more in this message. It's more, just to say a Hello to everyone. Would be thankful for responses. And I'll post more Dhamma related stuff hence forth.

Welcome, Mukul, and congratulations on finding your way here. Lots of us have found it helpful to keep a practice log to encourage regular practice and get advice from the community. That would be an excellent starting point.
