I wanted to make a separate post on the topic of existence.

In my youth I have marveled at the fact that things exist.

I can remember strong PCE's from being a young child now. Just the fact that things exist... beautiful.

I'm beginning to have this experience more and more now.

Just that moment where you realize: "God, this exists!".

Such a simple pleasure, but one which is fresh and new each moment.

As you can more experience the actual via sensuousness, be careful with feelings of beauty. The actual will stimulate a "feeling" of beauty right when you experience the actual but this "feeling" is still sub par to that actual. Its like seeing something magnificent and then going internally to experience its effect on "you". To apperceive, is seeing that magnificent thing continuously without any internal toxic interference. I suggest reading the AFT site in regards to beauty.

Even still, it sounds like your having a ton of fun. Keeping doing that, thats whats most important in the af method: enjoying and having fun with whats here, right now via sensuous attention.
