On this day in 2008 the DhO was born to Vince Horn and myself. Look what our strange offspring has become!

I only came across this site two and a half years ago and have been active less than one year, but what a difference it has made to my practice and my life! Without DhO I would still be stuck with Goenka and Culadasa and trying to figure out why that was not quite enough or quite right for me – on my own. Now I can take whatever is usefull from Goenka and Culadasa, add tons of new stuff and try to figure it all out together with this awesome community!

Long live the unique offspring, and long live its two wise daddies!
