Hello everyone, 
Im new here and at the moment in Asia, and for 1 month in Nepal from now till March 19th. 

I would love to find a nice meditation / monastery where I could have support / where they have a good expertise and at the same placea are nice people....

My goal is to progress in my concentration practice....

If you are aware of such place where I could go for a week of concentration, I would be really grateful if you could share it with me.
