All the sufferings self-neutralize by the same fact that they are sufferings themselves. Just as it is suffering, it is non-suffering. Just as it is non-suffering, it is tranquility, cheerfulness and absence of selfish desires.

Common "logic": "I am aging. Youth is beautiful. Thus I suffer."
Enlightened "logic": "I am aging. Aging is suffering. Thus I do not suffer nor I am slave to desire."

Do not receive suffering -drop by drop-. Instead, look up to the sky, open your arms and take it all at once! Then, it will disappear!
