Hi guys,
I'm interested in Mahasi noting style of meditation, can anyone recommend a good, practical guide to this technique, preferably written by Mahasi himself?
Thanks.

I would recommend The Experience of Insight by Joseph Goldstein, a student of Anagarika Munindra. Anagarika Munindra was a close disciple of Mahasi Sayadaw.
