The whole talk is pretty cool! No wonder I feel like something is getting activated in the back of my brain with my PCE practice. At 101:20, he starts speaking about why after a period of calm meditation, anxiety, fear arise. Dark Night???? Some of it sounds a bit off. But still interesting all the same.
Yes, a great talk. A while back, after experimenting with bianural beats, i had a "sleep paralysis" episode with an alien visitor. So very real. BTW , i really appreciate your posts and insights from your blog.
