Using a foam roller to ease tight muscular and emotional stuff

I have found, like many people, that insight practice brings up a lot of emotional and muscular stuff. The quickest solution I have discovered for easing this pain is some kind of body work. Like a deep tissue or shiatsu massage. Although great, it can be quite expensive to get a massage a couple of times a week. The next best thing is a foam roller, which you can pick up for around £15.
It really does help release tight muscles, making it easier to practice when I get back on the cushion.
